Argh. Thanks, Stefan, it looks like you're probably right, even though
the message isn't. There is a "SOCCER.IC1" and a "soccer.ic1" both in
that directory.

Who is the FAQ maintainer? It'd be helpful if the FAQ included "Can't
open file ..." in that section as well as the "Can't copy/move ..."
message.
