Random hangs and crashes

Hi,

I recently started to encounter random hangs and crashes of TSVN 1.7.1
In the worst case I get an APC_INDEX_MISSMATCH BSOD.

Environment:

TortoiseSVN 1.7.1, Build 22161 - 64 Bit , 2011/10/21 22:51:59
Subversion 1.7.1,
apr 1.4.5
apr-utils 1.3.12
neon 0.29.6
OpenSSL 1.0.0e 6 Sep 2011
zlib 1.2.5

Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 x64 Edition

----
The hangs happen on updates/commits after "Updating {path to the WC}" or "Competed At revision ..." is displayed.
In most cases the attempt to clean up will hang too thereafter.
I have already excluded the drive with my WCs from search indexing and the AV real time scan.
In addition the TSVN processes are excluded from AV processing too.
----
I have already ordered the Windows fix for the APC_INDEX_MISSMATCH BSOD, but the installer tells me that it does not apply to my
system ???
----
How can I help you debugging the issue?
