As you do not seem to use any Windows 64 bits, you should use a 32

If TortoiseSVN 1.7 does not work for your setting, you could perhaps
use the last TortoiseSVN 1.6.x version, see under http://sourceforge.net/projects/tortoisesvn/files/1.6.16/Application/
