1.7 problem with property dialog for externals

I'm trying out ToirtoiseSVN version 1.7.
At work, we use externals with relative URL. However, the externals property
dialog does not handle that very well. When I click the browse button, the
repo-browser dialog gives me an error.
Here's the screenshot of my workflow.
