Not really known, but expected :)
The problem is that having ipv6 enabled in the TSVN and/or svn build
actually results in slower network access for ipv6 based connections.
And even today, having ipv6 enabled makes TSVN fail to work in some
corporate setups.
That's why only the nightly builds and the beta/rc release have ipv6
enabled. But for the final release, ipv6 won't be compiled in to avoid
problems in those mentioned corporate setups.

And since not many people are actually using ipv6 yet, you're the first
to report this issue :)
