detect moved folder (accidental drag and drop)

Hello,

In windows how do you check if a folder was moved accidentally?
Clean up does not detect that

I mean by not using tortoise move but accidental drag and drop within subfolders of the repository

Commit will still work but new location does not apply since the url did not change
It only looks like it was moved on the user's computer
