Problem with IPv6 Urls

From: Markus Schaber <m.schaber_at_3s-software.com>

Hi,

Using TortoiseSVN 1.6.99.21914:

The commandline svn.exe delivered with tortoisesvn does
"svn://[::1]/testrepo/" without problems - the repo browser however
tells me "Illegal repository URL 'svn://%5b::1%5d/testrepo" when I enter
the URL in the Url window.

Is this a known problem?

Best regards

Markus Schaber
