Is there a hook script for tagging?

Hi there,

i've tested some hooks like post-lock.tmpl or post-commit.tmpl. They worked well. Is there also a special hook for commiting tags?
I would like to send an automatic mail if i create a tag. But i won't send one if i only commit something.
