You can only add items to the ignore list if the parent folder is
already added. If you are using the commit dialog to auto-add before
committing, the add doesn't take place until you click on OK to start
the add/commit process so you can't ignore items at that stage.

If you TSVN->Add your structure first, you can then ignore the parts
you don't want.
