Unable to add directories to change lists

Hi all,

My problem is simple: I cannot move a directory to a change list.

This is what I did:
I changed the svn:externals property for a directory but I am not supposed to ever commit that change. (I am now using trunk for a certain library instead of a release)
So I wanted to move this directory to the ignore-on-commit change list. But when I right click on the directory the change list option is not available.

I found no reference to adding directories to a change lists so maybe this is not supported?
