Hi,

well, we've solved the mistry... We'r using VisualSVN here, and somehow
VisualSVN redirects the version check to
http://www.visualsvn.com/visualsvn/download/tortoisesvn/version.txt .
Hence, it's no TSVN issue... Sorry for all the noise.
