first of all Tortoise is great. Thanks for this project!

Today I had a client who said that tortoise (TortoiseSVN-1.6.11.20210-win32-svn-1.6.13.msi) didn't work on her windows 7
machine. The context menus just didn't show up. After one hour I figured out that she had installed the 32bit application on the
64bit operating system.

Hence I would like to propose to disable the installation of the 32bit application on a 64bit OS.

Hello,

For 64-bit systems it is best to install both editions, since 32-bit applications can not access the 64-bit extensions and vice
versa.

Some people use 32-bit IDEs with SVN plugins on 64-bit systems, so how would they be able to use the plugins, if they can not
install the 32-bit version?
