32bit application can be installed under 64bit Windows 7

Hi,

first of all Tortoise is great. Thanks for this project!

Today I had a client who said that tortoise
(TortoiseSVN-1.6.11.20210-win32-svn-1.6.13.msi) didnÂ’t work on her windows 7
machine. The context menus just didnÂ’t show up. After one hour I figured out
that she had installed the 32bit application on the 64bit operating system.

Hence I would like to propose to disable the installation of the 32bit
application on a 64bit OS.
