Have you tried using the "Show merged revisions" option? This lists all the
revisions that were merged indented under the merge revision e.g. if r100
merged r50-99, then you would see r100 in the merge target, then r50-99
displayed underneath.

I disagree with this. If the average log message is 3 lines, and you select
10 revisions, what benefit is it to display all 30 lines? Most of the merges
we do are upwards of 100 revisions - we certainly would not want a combined
log message of all these revisions displaying.
I'd suggest implementing it as a "Copy log messages" option in the context
menu of the top pane would be sufficient (c.f. the existing "Copy to
clipboard")?
