You should read what you write and consider how it will be received on
the other end. Methinks you have a fetish with having to always be
right. Consider what's behind the frustrations that others share, you
might come up with some good ideas at how to better address those
frustrations than always quipping "you contradict yourself" and drawing
lines in the sand. Take a lesson from Kurt's response. It was helpful,
pointed out my mistake, all without being rude.

If Unix environments can use shared libraries, that proves that the
problem can be solved. It's just more difficult in a Windows
environment.

You contradict yourself. First you say that TSVN should use the already
installed svn binaries, then you complain about the dll hell.
That's an oxymoron - you can't have one without the other. And that's
why TSVN will never, ever use anything that's not shipped with TSVN but
installed on your system (apart from system dlls).
