Error:1053 when trying to start service on windows vista

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I am new to the subversion and i have installed tortoise SVN on my windows vista sp1 machine.
I have created svn service successfully but when i am trying to start it from services.msc or command prompt sc start svn, I get error 1053.

Please find the enclosed error screen.
