Retrieve last revision of a project

Thank you for reading my post.

I am very new to "Subversion".

I only wanted to retrieve the last revision of the following project:
https://wikapidia.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/wikapidia

I downloaded "TortoiseSVN".

Can I retrieve the last version of that project
with "TortoiseSVN"? Is it the appropriate tool?

If not, can you tell me which tool I should use?

If so, can you tell me how to do it?
Either through the graphical interface or in
command-line (which maybe I would prefer...)

To make things harder, I also have a proxy to "cross".
