Possible bug: repair move under tortoise SVN results on 403 while updating

Whenever we rename a file, when we are going to *Commit *we select the
deleted file and the unversioned file, and then right clik --> Repair move.
Everything seems to be fine, but when any user (other than the one who
actually did the *repair move*) tries to do an *update* he gets this error.

I don't know if this is a bug, but happens allways and I haven't found any
permissions issue.
