Comments from precommit hook in commit Finished window

I am using Tortoise SVN 1.6.3.
I have created a Pre commit hook in C# .Net ,where in i am modifying files to be committed on a particular condition(Adding comments C# in the end of the files if no comments are added).Now i want to display if this comment was added or not in the commit finished window.I tried logging the message in Console.Error.Write ,Console.Out.Write and Console.Writeln but no use.
