Re: RFE: webviewer:autoprops and buqtraq:autoprops properties

Just to clarify, my request would be to have a `webviewer:autoprop` and
`bugtraq:autoprop` property that could be set to true/false, and would
control whether the properties are inherited from the parent.

My initial post was probably somewhat confusing as I had been confused about
how `tsvn:auto-props` works, thinking it was a property that control whether
`tsvn:` properties propagated from parent to child directories as the child
directories are added.

With that in mind, it would also be nice to have a `tsvn:autoprop` property
that controlled propagation `tsvn:` properties. The proposed name of the
property is probably fairly bad since it would be easily confused with
`tsvn:auto-props`.
