After looking at the documentation further, it appears the 'Set Properties
on Folders' box appears in 3 locations:

On the project settings page [3], the text properly reads: "For project
properties only you can use the Recursive checkbox to set the property to
all sub-folders in the hierarchy, without also setting it on all files. "

On the Bugtraq [1] and Webviewer [2] pages, the documentation seems like it
needs to be updated to either read "project settings", or "bugtraq:, tsvn:,
and webviewer: properties", rather than just "tsvn: properties".
