RFE: webviewer:autoprops and buqtraq:autoprops properties

Hello,
I have a feature request and suggestion for documentation improvement.
Feature request:
Initially I thought that the tsvn:autoprops setting would apply to `bugtraq:` and `webviewer:` properties as well. The test case I ran shows this is not the case as of TSVN 1.6.6 (aside: I found some odd behavior with regard to `tsvn:autoprops` when I ran my test case; if I can't reconcile the behavior from reviewing the documentation, I will report in another topic).
My feature request is to have `webviewer:autoprops` and `bugtraq:autoprops` property. It seems that this should leave the existing behavior in place unless the property is explicitly defined, which would make the new property harmless to anyone that doesn't care for it.
In addition to the usefulness of the property, it would provide a nice symmetry with the `tsvn:` properties.
I found one other request for this same feature [1].
My documentation suggestion is:
In the daily use guide sections for "Integration with Web-based Repository Viewers" [2] and "Integration with Bug Tracking Systems / Issue Trackers" [3], make note of the fact that the `webviewer:` and `bugtraq` properties automatically propagate to child directories when the parent directory has the properties applied.
There is a note about this behavior on the Project Settings page [4], but I think it would be useful to make note of it on the two other pages as well.
