windows 7, 32bits - Installation issue: An error occured during the installation of assembly component {9DA4DC8A-9731-3F0E-8BD5-FC17CA6848AD} HRESULT: 0x80070422

I tried to install TortoiseSVN-1.6.6.17493-win32-svn-1.6.6, (my laptop is a 32bits with win7 professional),
and I got this error:

An error occured during the installation of assembly
component
{9DA4DC8A-9731-3F0E-8BD5-FC17CA6848AD}
HRESULT: 0x80070422

I did everything properly, my laptop has not been customized too much.
I can't see what went wrong.
Thanks for noticing this.
