Tortoise "SVN Checkout " in context missing in Win7

I have installed a 32bit version of Win7 and a 64 bit version of Win7 on two different laptops.

In each one I installed the latest Tortoise SVN (version 1.6.6).

I do not see the "SVN Checkout" when right clicking on a a regular folder.

On the 64 bit machine I subsequently installed both 32 and 64, rebooted, etc. Still no luck.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
