RE: TSVN 1.6.5 and Win7 x64 missing overlays

Ever since I installed the latest Tortoise (1.6.5) this morning, I've lost all Tortoise overlays. Things were fine w/1.6.4. Some say it's Dropbox's fault, but I see others have issues with overlays as well. Not to mention that Dropbox and Tortoise 1.6.4 were getting along just fine.
Running Win7 x64.
