Re: TSVN 1.6.5 and Win7 x64 missing overlays

Same problem. All overlays were working perfectly running an older
version of TSVN. Upgraded to 1.6.5 (Build 16974 - 64 Bit , 2009/08/20
08:13:46), now all overlays are gone. Tried reinstalling, rebooting,
deleting/rebuilding the icon cache, etc. No dice.

I've noticed something weird though; overlays do appear on the larger
icon on the top left of some folders' properties dialog. Also, when
viewing the folder contents as Medium Icons, Tiles, and Contents,
overlays appear. It would seem as they only appear for larger icons
but not smaller or extra large ones. When I change back to my usual
Details view, overlays remains there, but they disappear as soon as I
press F5. Odd.

I run Windows 7 x64 (6.1.7100).
