RE: No overlays on Windows 7 with dropbox

Dunno about Dropbox, but the latest Tortoise (1.6.5) which I installed this morning killed all overlays. I now have no Tortoise overlays whatsoever. Things were just fine with the older version (1.6.4). And yes, I've had Dropbox installed for some time, so 1.6.4 seemed to be getting along fine w/Dropbox. The fault hence lies squarely w/Tortpise 1.6.5.
