Yes, I have admin control in my working copy and all subdirectories.
However, I do notice that when i right-click on the top directory and view
its 'properties', under the SVN tab, it says 'locked: yes'. But when I
tried to 'release lock' in TSVN, it would say 'there is nothing to unlock'
in this folder. --So neither 'clean up' or 'release lock' can fix my
problem.
Also, I do have antivirus software on this computer, if that can be part
of the problem.
Thanks for any help!
