TSVNCache.exe cause explorer hanging

Hi

I am using TSVN 1.4.8 on a virtual machine. Yesterday, I deleted some file (source code and binaries) and then click "SVN Update" to update data.
When I repeated above action several times, explorer hang.

I made dump file and analyzed it using windbg --- I found tortoisesvn.dll was waiting event from TSVNCache.exe. And TSVNCache.exe was waiting for some other event. But I cannot see detail without symbol files.

a. I only saw it on my VM (It works fine on real machine)
b. I only saw it in 1.4.8 (I tried 1.5.0 and 1.6.5, couldn't see this problem)

Here are my questions:
1. Is version 1.4.8 still supported by the team?
2. Is there any similiar cases which has been fixed?
