This happened to me with my previous computer at work (actually, even
worse - Explorer hung indefinitely), but uninstalling TSVN didn't
really solve it. I never got a solution to the problem - when I got a
new PC, freshly imaged, the problem didn't resurface. I suspect that
had I had the problematic machine reimaged, it would have been
resolved.
