[BUG] Assertion failure while doing merge (SVN_IS_VALID_REVNUM)

Hi,

I am trying to merge from our trunk onto one of our branches so I
selected merge from the right-click menu, choose "Merge a range of
revisions" and filled in the source URL. Hit next and clicked the "Test
Merge" button. The log window opened and after waiting quite a while
(3-4 minutes) for something to appear I eventually got a dialog telling
me there is a serious error and I should report it.

The error is an assertion failure "SVN_IS_VALID_REVNUM(
revision_primary_url_deleted))" in
D:\Development\SVN\Releases\TortoiseSVN-1.6.2\ext\subversion\subversion\
libsvn_client\merge.c at line 2553.

Version information:
"
TortoiseSVN 1.6.2, Build 16344 - 32 Bit , 2009/05/09 13:46:29
Subversion 1.6.2,
apr 1.3.3
apr-utils 1.3.4
neon 0.28.4
OpenSSL 0.9.8k 25 Mar 2009
zlib 1.2.3
"

This has worked for me in the past with the same client and the same
branches and repository (but different revisions obviously).

Hope that's useful to someone.

JD
