[1.6.2] Log window: blame not working on renamed/moved files

Hi !

We trying to use "blame" from the "log window" dialog using TortoiseSVN 1.6.2

Everything works fine and as expected until we try to use blame on a
renamed/moved revision.

Then we get a "/trunk/<project>/<path>/filename.cpp is not a file" error box.

Running blame from the context menu works fine (with the same revision range,
of course).

I found this thread:

about "compare revisions" and think they might be related.

If you need more information, please say so.

Keep up the good work !
