Connecting to an SSH repository

I have to connect to subversion repository with IP address a.s.d.f. I have
to connect to it via ssh on port 1022 due to firewall issues.

How do I connect to this machine using the windows client? Ive tried all
sorts of stuff from messing with the "servers" file to using putty and
plink. Nothing works. What is the correct way to do this?

Additionally, I can log into the server via putty through port 1022 just
fine.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Isaac
