All these registry are all set properly. Today, I also installed the latest TortoiseSVN 1.6.0, Build 15855 - 32 Bit , 2009/03/21 12:36:36, but the problem still exist.

I don't know what's going on with my vista. Is it possible that we are using Traditional Chinese Windows Vista??
