I totally uninstalled NOD32 and diabled Windows Defender, also turn off Windows Firewall, then turn on UAC, and restart my Windows Vista many times.

The problem still exists.

Do you have any other way to check what's the key point due to right-click drag & drop context menu doesn't show up?
