forget that - you've already mentioned that you've deactivated NOD32.
But: are you sure that it was really deactivated? I've seen it more
than once (and with several of those products) that even though they
appear to be deactivated that they still are active in memory and
still interfere.
Also, you should not deactivate UAC because then you won't get the
_required_ UAC dialog during the installation - without that, the
elevation fails and the installation won't work properly.
