It's just a shortcut to TortoiseProc, so why not add shortcuts for all
functions that can be launched outside of a folder or working copy?

By the way - having the "Show log" command ask for a working copy like
the repo browser command currently does if no path is specified on the
command line would also be nice, as I often don't care for the file
structure and just want to view the log for some project that's already
in the recent URL dropdown...
