I usually keep the Repo Browser open and do all my spelunking and log
opening from there.

But, I do see the advantage of the shortcut opening the Repo browser.

However, I currently have the TSVn start menu in a folder in my start
menu called "Tools" which are not run from start. That folder is a
screen high with stuff like WinZip, CodeRush, Fiddler, Foxmarks, etc.
