You are asking about TortoiseSVN 1.5.4 but quoting the release notes for 1.5.2.

TSVN 1.5.4 = SVN 1.5.3
TSVN 1.5.2 = SVN 1.5.2

(I think there was a bug in TSVN 1.5.3 which triggered the early
release of 1.5.4)
