No 'commit' or 'update' options in Vista Ultimate

Hi, I'm new to tortoiseSVN. i'm in the process of configuring the
repository and test driving it on XP Pro and Vista Ultimate. All works
great on the XP Pro machines i've tried. However, on Vista Ultimate
(x64), I can download the repository and I see the image overlays
(green checkmarks and red exclamations). However, I do not see the
'commit' or 'update' options or the rest of the context menu. I see
"tortoise SVN" --> Repo-browser, settings, and help.

Does anyone know why I wouldn't see the full range of options? I've
seen a few posts talking about possible Vista issues, but nothing
seems to work. I've rebooted, reinstalled, restarted TSVN and still
can't seem to interact w/ the files once I've downloaded them.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
