TortoiseSVN Installation Error - Help!

Dear Tortoise Helper,

I am trying to install TortoiseSVN-1.5.5.14361-win32-svn-1.5.4 on Windows
Vista (32 bit) OS and get error below when the installer is in the
Publishing Product Information status bar. Can anyone help? I disabled
the English GB feature set but the other features are enabled.

"An error occured during the installation of the component {6D}..."
