Those log files are useless. We've had so many issues with differen
virus scanners interfering and not *one* had an entry in the logs that
they even interfered or were active.
That's why I don't use virus scanners anymore.

The problem is: TSVN can not create the keys from nothing. So
*something* must have a copy of those settings (you've already deleted
all TSVN registry keys which had that info).
