#3 is a single value, "SSH", inside the key "Software\\TortoiseSVN\\".
I do not know, whether it is in HKEY_CURRENT_USER or in
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE.

Also, are you keeping a backup of the values that you are deleting,
so that someone is able to reproduce the issue?
