Thanks for the help.
Per your questions below. I will answer in order of your asking.
On item 1 - this had the bad information in it - so I have deleted the keys
Item 2- same bad info - I deleted this as well.
Item 3- I do not have this in the registry. I am not sure if that is a clue
I checked out the code - you folks are way beyond my programming abilities J
Should I try to create a registry key for the Item 3? If so, can you share

check the following paths in your registry:
1)
Software\\Tigris.org\\Subversion\\Servers\\global\\
2)
Software\\TortoiseSVN\\Servers\\global\\
3)
Software\\TortoiseSVN\\SSH
As far as I can see from the source [1], those values in 1) are
populated from 2) if they are empty.
And the value in 3) may be the cause of the error, see my previous mail.
