log message text corruption

I enter some text (in russian) to Message editor in Commit dialog.
Then I copy some url from browser address bar and paste it to the
begin of the message in message editor. And some words in my message
have corrupted.

my screen shot is in file log_message_text_corrupt.png. What was
before pasting the url is at right side, what was happened when paste
utl is at left side.

When enter message on english then all is ok, message isn`t corrupted.
