Yes, from the TSVN context menu select Properties

No, sorry. Subversion is not really geared up to doing that. You can
only request the properties for 1 file at a time, so search is not
something that can be implemented efficiently.

Someone requested a feature like this recently, but at the moment it's
not possible. Also, Vista has dropped support for such columns so it's
not worth putting a lot of effort into a feature that will only work
with older OSes.

Subversion is fine for version control but it can't really help with
solving the database problem.
