I had similar experience but with other applications on Windows Vista Home
Premium 32-bit. I don't think this is tortoisesvn specific problem, more like
Windows Vista problem. There is a pre-fetch cache to speed up application
launch with Windows Vista that needs to be rebuilt each time an application is
installed/deinstalled, tortoisesvn installer just for some reason triggers a
full rebuild of the cache I think. Vista still has many rough edges IMHO.
