Re: Install/uninstall - 1/2 AN HOUR!!?!

And 2 weeks later I remembered I had posted this...

Well that's all well and good except I don't have this problem with
anything else except tortoisesvn. And as I said, it's consistent with
tortoisesvn specifically and it is the only application to cause this.
So they're obviously doing 'something' to trigger whatever's going on.
If it were an issue with Vista shouldn't I be seeing this a lot more
(yes, I do install/uninstall stuff quite a bit)?
