If someone can reproduce the problem, please provide more info. Run
the installation with logging enabled:
msiexec /i TortoiseSVN-1.5.2-...msi /qf /lvx* log.txt
this will launch the installer where you can do the installation as
before. After the installation finishes, you will find a file
'log.txt' which contains the full log of the installation process.
Please send that file here (you might want to zip it first).
