Enhancement: Check for Modification Window should display repository URL

I use BRANCHES a lot to test code changes away from the TRUNK, and
what-if scenarios & instrumented code, just to keep from polluting the
main development track. I have also been bitten by unintentionally
choosing BRANCH/TAG "Switch working copy" and losing my way.

Please add the respository URL to the Check for Modification window.

Also consider continuing TSVN 1.4.8 support; I am committed to using
Subversion 1.4.6 for the duration and TSVN 1.5 refuses to play well in
my site.
